Sweatshirt that is available in two colours, designed to be unisex. Made with a medium-heavy fabric blend of 50% cotton and 50% polyester, this cozy sweatshirt is perfect for the colder months. The classic fit and crew neckline provide a comfortable wearing experience with a clean-cut style. This sweatshirt is ideal for casual wear.

We ship internationally. Please allow 2–5 business days for production, as each item is made to order individually when a customer places an order. This does not include shipping time.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties which recipients are required to pay before their package can be delivered.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take additional 7 – 12 business days.

Please note that the provided shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may occur sooner or later than expected. Unforeseen events may also affect delivery schedules.

All products are made to order, so we do not accept returns due to change of mind, incorrect size or color selection. Please refer to our size chart and product description carefully before placing your order, as our items are made to order. We will, however, accept returns for faulty or defective items. If your product is damaged or defective, we will replace it at no extra cost. Please contact customer service for assistance with photographic proof at infos@jolenecollection.store 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, there is no need to return it to us. You are welcome to keep the item, and we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Within 30 days of the delivery date.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not accept returns due to change of mind. We only accept returns for faulty or defective items.

Refunds ( if applicable )
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
